If you've never had the chance to get to Chipotle, you definitely need to check it out. My friend Jason was the first person to tell me about it, and I am glad he did.
Of course when I told Tim about this "fast" but somewhat healthy burrito stand, he was all about trying it out.
Our first Chipotle experience together was at the

One really interesting note about Chipotle is that they have really cool artwork scattered through out the restaurant. Every location has different items. Well the artwork is done by Bruce Gueswel who works with Mayatek. Here is one of my favorites:
